We use Australia Post (AusPost) to ship our products. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
1. Australia Post Standard Delivery: The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of your items in the warehouse. Free shipping is offered for orders over $149.
2.Australia Post Express๏ผYou can always pick this method by paying extra $15, it usually takes 1-3 business days to delivery within Australia.

Damages in Transit
For damages caused to the goods during transit due to third-party logistics companies or other force majeure reasons, as well as problems such as inability to receive goods, we recommend you directly contact AusPost. In these circumstances, we cannot provide a refund or compensation. However, to prove the product was in good condition when dispatched, we will provide packing photos and tracking numbers.
